"a fresh, lively story, ingeniously given theatrical life with a technical know-how that is the equal of the best of anything currently on offer in the West End... It was exhilarating!" |
THE STORY...
Can’t Stop It is a knockabout coming-of-age comedy musical with a fresh and catchy California-infused pop soundtrack.
Get ready for a chaotic rollercoaster ride as a group of socially awkward classmates embark on a ridiculous and misguided vacation. Witness the timeless tale of loveable misfits, hopeless underdogs and wayward frenemies as they strive to transform their lives against all odds. Paying homage to classic teen comedies of the noughties such as American Pie, The Inbetweeners and Mean Girls, this brand new musical is the ultimate teenage misadventure you won't want to miss. Can’t Stop It is silly (and rude!) cartoony fun, with all the feels and a lot of heart. OUR JOURNEY...Our creative team is currently busy working towards the next stage of the production.
With the support of Mercury Musical Developments and the Jane Goodman Writing Fund 2023.

'Bright Spring Morning' - THE VIDEO
During lockdown in spring 2020, 19 cast members of Can't Stop It: Another New Musical came together (virtually) to raise funds in support of Black Lives Matter and the LGBT Foundation.
The Suburban Legends song, arranged by Lemon Otter, is performed by The Dominion Studio Theatre Cast (2016), Studio Album cast (2017) and The Other Palace cast (2018). The video, edited by Louis Rayneau (Conor), features a special message from Cesar Villavicencio, aka NYC-based Drag Queen Pixie Aventura. |
